Ivyan Espejo

I've been building things on screens since 1980 — long before UX had a name, before design systems were a discipline, before "full-stack" was a job title. What hasn't changed in all that time is the question I keep coming back to: how does this feel to the person on the other side of it?

I work at the intersection of engineering vision and human experience — designing with the developer's eye, building with the designer's hand. My thinking moves naturally across UX, UI, CX, systems architecture, accessibility, and analytics. I don't treat these as separate concerns. Great products never do. The goal is always the same: make the logic invisible, make the experience inevitable, make the thing actually ship the way it was envisioned.

Over more than two decades I've shipped across healthcare, financial services, enterprise SaaS, entertainment, and beyond — leading brand migrations, building AI-powered workflow tools, architecting design systems, and setting accessibility and analytics strategy at scale. Every domain brings a different mental model. I carry them all, and that cross-pollination shows up in the work.
